Why doctors no longer prescribe opiates to patients, even when these patients have been advised by most doctors (including gastroenterologists) and pharmacists not to take anti-inflammatory drugs because of the likely side effects, but not rare, on people with one or more diagnoses of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), when they consult for pain other than gastric pain (back pain, migraines, bursitis/tendonitis, polychondritis etc…. ) ?

There are infiltrations of platelets with stem cells in the discs to allow better recovery and regeneration of the worn discs. The technique appears to be advanced in Europe but not in Canada. Has this technique made any progress? In some cases, do you recommend stem cells for chronic back pain?
