Would you have one or more resources to recommend for hypnotizing me for both pain and sleep disorders?

Hypnosis is increasingly recognized for its ability to effectively manage pain and sleep disorders. In the case of pain, hypnosis modifies the perception of pain and influences underlying psychological and neurobiological processes. Recent research has confirmed that hypnosis can reduce both acute and chronic pain, particularly in clinical contexts such as post-operative or cancer-related pain management (Thompson et al., 2019; Sine et al., 2022). In addition, studies show that hypnosis can significantly alleviate pain in chronic pain patients by modulating brain activity associated with pain perception (Vanhaudenhuyse et al., 2014). With regard to sleep disorders, hypnosis is frequently used to treat insomnia. It induces deep relaxation, making it easier to fall asleep and improving sleep quality. By adjusting sleep-related thoughts and behaviors, hypnosis can interrupt the insomnia cycle (Elkins et al., 2013).
