Biography

Louis-David Beaulieu has been a physiotherapist and assistant professor of physiotherapy since August 2017 at UQAC. He is director of the Biomechanical and Neurophysiological Research Laboratory in Neuro-musculoskeletal Rehabilitation (Lab BioNR, UQAC). His expertise covers the practice of neurorehabilitation, biomechanics applied to physiotherapy and the use of innovative technologies in pathological conditions affecting the nervous system. He is particularly interested in the use of non-invasive neurostimulation devices (TMS, tDCS, rPMS, NMES, VIB) as methods for the assessment and treatment of sensorimotor impairments.
