Biography
Isabelle Savard is a professor of educational technology and distance learning at TÉLUQ University. She has 30 years of experience in educational engineering. She holds a PhD in cognitive computing and a postdoctorate in educational technology from the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. Her work focuses on instructional design, consideration of cultural and contextual variables, techno-pedagogical innovation, health sciences pedagogy, digital tools in healthcare, competencies development, distance learning.
