Biography
Isabelle Pagé is an assistant professor in the chiropractic department at the Université de Quebec a Trois-Rivières (UQTR). She obtained her doctoral degree in biomedical sciences from the University of Montreal in extension at UQTR, in 2019. In 2018, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship in rehabilitation robotics at the University of Alberta and has started a second internship at the Center for Interdisciplinary Research in Adaptation and Social Integration (CIRRIS, Quebec) until obtaining a position at UQTR. She is also a research associate at CIRRIS. Her research interests are mainly related to the safety and biomechanics of spinal manipulation, and she is particularly interested in the pediatric and aging population. She is also working on several collaborative projects ranging from assessing the knowledge of health professionals in the management of idiopathic scoliosis to the development of new technologies in rehabilitation. Finally, she has authored 30 scientific articles since 2012.
