What inspires you most in your colleagues?
What inspires me most about my colleagues is the richness of their perspectives and their shared commitment to deeply humane, person-centered practices. I am particularly inspired by their openness, creativity, and willingness to innovate in contexts often marked by uncertainty and chronicity. Their commitment to integrating inclusive approaches that are sensitive to the diverse realities of people living with pain. Finally, their collaborative attitude, marked by respect and humility, as well as their shared desire to improve people’s well-being and empowerment, fuel my own commitment to contributing to a rigorous, compassionate, and transformative practice.
