Biography
As a researcher in biomechanics and sport science, I focus on understanding the neuromuscular strategies underlying performance and injury prevention. My research program specifically examines motor variability and how it is influenced by expertise, as well as constraints such as fatigue and pain. By combining experimental approaches including electromyography and kinematic analysis, I investigate how expert athletes optimize their movements and adapt their motor control in response to perturbations. My work aims to better understand the mechanisms of neuromuscular adaptation in order to improve training practices, rehabilitation strategies, and athletic performance. At the interface between clinical practice and performance, I contribute to advancing knowledge in applied sport biomechanics.
