Biography

Antonina is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology at McGill University, under the supervision of Dr. Michael Sullivan. Over the last few years, she has held research positions at Mount Allison University, the University of Southern Denmark, McGill University and the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre. Her dedication to advancing healthcare research extends to her involvement at The Besrour Centre for Global Family Medicine, and of course, the QNJPI. Antonina's current research focus is twofold. Firstly, she is examining the role of post-injury perceptions of injustice as a determinant of PTSD symptom severity. Simultaneously, she is exploring the psychological and physical factors that determine the onset of PTSD symptoms in individuals who have contracted COVID-19.
