Anaïs Lacasse's research program aims to better understand the treatment of persistent pain in the real context of clinical practice.
Three complementary lines of research make it up, namely:
I) The care trajectories of patients suffering from persistent pain,
II) The use, benefits and risks of medications for the treatment of persistent pain, and
III) Pairing and validation of databases and measuring instruments for research on persistent pain.
What are you most proud of in your career?
I’m the most proud of conducting research from my home region Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Guess how many hm away it is from major centers, or where exactly it is on the map?
