What is the part of your daily life in the lab/office that you enjoy the most?
Mentoring students. I enjoy supporting them in their academic and professional development, watching them become more independent, take on new challenges, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge. Being part of their journey and their success is a major source of motivation and satisfaction for me.
