Biography
Lindsay Neuert is a doctoral researcher at McGill University's Alan Edwards Centre for Research on Pain, supervised by Dr. Etienne Vachon-Presseau, Canada Research Chair in Chronic Pain. Her project examines how survey methodology, including question wording, recall period, and administration format, shapes self-reported pain outcomes across more than 120 studies and six million participants. Her work aims to develop evidence-based guidelines for harmonizing pain measurement across large-scale datasets. Alongside her research, she is interested in science communication and is developing The Pain Parade, a children's book aimed at building pain literacy in children ages 4 to 6.
