What part of your job do you enjoy the most?
I especially appreciate opportunities where my work allows me to be creative and think outside the box. I am naturally curious and enjoy taking the time to reflect on clinical issues in collaboration with partners in the field, drawing on their experience and expertise. These exchanges allow me to develop concrete solutions tailored to important issues, while maintaining a close connection to practice. For me, this process of shared reflection allows us to develop relevant approaches that are grounded in the field and will have a real impact in the settings where they are applied. In short, creating innovative solutions to problems experienced in rehabilitation and sports is what I enjoy most about my work.
