The Chronic Pain Centre of Excellence for Canadian Veterans (CPCoE) was established to conduct research and help improve the well-being of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Veterans, and their families, suffering from chronic pain. The CPCoE is opening a competition for $700 000 in research funding to improve the well-being of veterans and their families living with persistent pain. Learn more during the webinar.
Dr. Major (retired) Luc J. Hébert, fellow PT, PhD, CD will present the collaboration between the QPRN and the Chronic Pain Centre of Excellence for Canadian Veterans (CPCoE). He will also introduce the brand new funding competition of the CPCoE where more than $700 000 will be allocated for research with the objective of improving the well-being of Veterans, and their families, living with chronic pain. The CPCoE additionally has capacity building funding available for graduate students. The Capacity Building Initiatives aim to support research in the fields related to Veterans’ chronic pain.
