Gilles Lavigne is appointed Full Professor in the Faculty of Dental Medicine and Oral Health Sciences and in the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at McGill University
Gilles Lavigne is retired from the Université de Montréal, where he has been a professor since 1987. His research on bruxism and the interactions between sleep and pain is internationally recognised, and his career has earned him induction into the Order of Canada for his work as a dentist and neuroscience researcher. Gilles Lavigne has also held a number of important executive positions, including Director of the QPRN between 2017 and 2019. He is now Full Professor in the Faculty of Dental Medicine and Oral Health Sciences and in the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at McGill University.
