The Canadian Pain Society (CPS) is a society of scientists, health professionals, educators and pain advocates who have a vested interest in pain research and management. As a chapter of the IASP, CPS supports the treatment of pain as a basic human right and advocates for a Canadian national pain strategy.
Gabrielle Pagé is a researcher at the University of Montreal and a regular member of the QPRN. In her research, she seeks to understand how acute pain becomes chronic in order to develop prevention and early intervention strategies to reduce the risk of chronic pain.
The QPRN is proud to announce that Gabrielle Pagé will be the new Vice-Chair of the SPC Scientific Program Committee effective June 1, 2022.
