{"id":12651,"date":"2023-10-26T22:44:40","date_gmt":"2023-10-27T02:44:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/qprn.ca\/?p=12651"},"modified":"2024-06-13T16:15:55","modified_gmt":"2024-06-13T20:15:55","slug":"la-transmission-de-la-memoire-biologique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qprn.ca\/fr\/2023\/10\/26\/la-transmission-de-la-memoire-biologique\/","title":{"rendered":"La transmission de la m\u00e9moire biologique"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marco Battaglia, de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Toronto, et Yves De Koninck, de la Facult\u00e9 de m\u00e9decine de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Laval, viennent de para\u00eetre dans la revue Science Advances viennent de d\u00e9montrer que des changements mol\u00e9culaires qui surviennent dans le cerveau \u00e0 la suite d&rsquo;un stress postnatal ont des effets durables sur la propension \u00e0 l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et la sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la douleur chez les souris qui ont v\u00e9cu ce stress. Cette transmission pourrait \u00eatre expliqu\u00e9e par les r\u00e9cepteurs d\u2019acidit\u00e9 ASIC, pr\u00e9sents dans certaines r\u00e9gions du cerveau. Un m\u00e9canisme favoriserait l\u2019expression des g\u00e8nes codant pour ces r\u00e9cepteurs.
