Here you will find a wide range of resources to help you move forward with your pain self-management. The resources available can be in the form of reading material, audio files or videos and have been approved by an expert committee on chronic pain. You can read an <a href=\"https:\/\/qprn.ca\/en\/manage-my-pain-portal\/\">article on our website<\/a> that will help you better understand what the portal is.
