Objective<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The main objective of this multidisciplinary Consortium is to ensure that all the factors involved in the experience of pain are take into account at every aspect of pain research and management. We can place the diversity of the experience (pain spectrum) by considering the environment, the body and the mind for a holistic management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GOVERNANCE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each consortium operates on three levels:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

i. Consortium Directors<\/strong>: Audrey Grant<\/a>, researcher at McGill University, Caroline Arbour<\/a>, researcher at Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al, Kyrie Larcher<\/a><\/strong>, patient partner and Catherine Lemyze, patient partner. The consortium directors are supported by the QPRN scientific committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ii. QPRN Scientific Committee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

iii. The larger group<\/strong> is composed of student representatives, people from research and clinical backgrounds as well as any other person with expertise relevant to the work. Anyone with an interest in the field of pain is encouraged to participate in the consortium’s meetings and activities. It is also possible to participate in more than one consortium. The trainee representatives are Celina D’Avila Felipe and Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique Dupuis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
