Validation of this scale was a team effort involving 150 cats, 11 GREPAQ members, 5 external experts, 9 graduate students (Masters, Doctorate, Postdoctorate) and 6 students. The tool is non-invasive, inexpensive, reliable and fast, facilitating reliable pain diagnosis and individualized management. An artificial intelligence algorithm is currently being developed to facilitate the introduction of this tool in clinical settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A video describing this scale is available as part of a popular science contest.
