In healthcare, AI applications are a rapidly growing field and could facilitate the transformation of healthcare, optimizing care for the population. For this reason, Quebec and Israel have invested a lot of effort in advancing knowledge, technology and infrastructure in this field. It is within this framework that the Fonds de recherche du Qu\u00e9bec &#8211; Sant\u00e9 (FRQS) and the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology of the State of Israel (MOST) have opened the funding competition: Artificial Intelligence and Health Care. Three research teams were awarded, among them Yoram Shir and Amir Minerbi.
