The &#8221;Neural circuits of pain: from physiology to pathophysiology&#8221; summer school is open to doctoral students and post-doctoral fellows with an interest in neurology, neuroscience, molecular biology and electrophysiology. Apply by March 31st 2025 <a href=\"https:\/\/bss-neuropain.u-bordeaux.fr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HERE<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To facilitate the participation of our next generation in the Bordeaux Pain Summer School, we are launching a special Meeting Travel Awards competition from January 31st to February 14th 2025. This competition is part of the regular Meeting Travel Award competition. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Students who have already applied to the Meeting Travel Award #1 competition for a conference taking place from February 1 to July 31, 2025, or who wish to apply to the Meeting Travel Award #2, are not eligible to apply to the Summer School on Pain in Bordeaux.<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Specifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Meeting travel award is only for student members of the Quebec Network of Junior Pain Investigators (QNJPI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expenses related to the participation to the school are eligible;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Awards are capped at a maximum of $1,000;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum of 6 applications per laboratory per year, including the Meeting Travel Award #1;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A student who has already applied for the Meeting Travel Award #1 competition cannot apply for this special competition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility criteria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be a registered trainee at a Quebec university engaged in pain-related research;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be supervised by a regular or associate member of the Quebec Pain Research Network;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a member of the Quebec Network of Junior Pain Investigators (QNJPI) before the competition opens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\">Apply for the Meeting Travel Award<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Bordeaux Pain Summer School will take place from May 19 to May 23rd, 2025&#8230;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-16849","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/qprn.ca\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/16849","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/qprn.ca\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/qprn.ca\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/qprn.ca\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/3"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/qprn.ca\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=16849"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/qprn.ca\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/16849\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/qprn.ca\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=16849"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
